What a night to remember at the Tropical Nights: A Rising Stars Gala! 🎉 We’re thrilled to share that we raised approximately $5,500 for our cause at this event and close to $25,000 through all your support throughout 2024. Thanks to everyone who attended and contributed!
The evening was filled with excitement as we celebrated in style. Guests were treated to delicious food, lively dancing, and captivating samba performances from Samba Heat that truly brought the tropical theme to life! 🌺💃 The atmosphere was electric, and it was heartwarming to see everyone enjoying themselves.
A special shout-out to Que Rico Tapas Bar, the venue that went above and beyond to create a beautiful and inviting space for our gala. Their attention to detail truly enhanced the experience for our guests and make it a night to remember. From delicious cocktails to the amazing food, we can’t wait to be back next year!
We had some incredible raffle prizes this year, with over $17,000 in prizes, our biggest winner took home the amazing WestJet Prize of flight! ✈️ The energy was palpable every time a new winner was announced. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Deciem for their generous donation of high-end skin care products, which filled our swag bags to the brim. A huge thank you to the volunteers of the Rising Stars—your hard work and dedication made this event possible. The generosity of everyone who attended was truly inspiring, and it reminds us of the strong community we have.
One of the most touching moments of the night was when Taylor from Make-A-Wish shared a heartfelt story about her experience working with Wish kids. Hearing about the impact we can have on these children's lives brought tears to many eyes in the room and reinforced our mission. Together, we are helping make dreams come true, one wish at a time.
We also want to thank Spencer Litzinger for her fantastic videography and hilarious interviews that kept the energy high throughout the night. 🎥✨
